Packing big shifts into a short time, this combination of Buti, yin, and sound will clear out any holiday debris and reset your body, mind, and soul for the new year. 40 minutes of Bui yoga ( a dynamic mix of yoga, primal movement, and plyometrics set to motivating music), 40 minutes of yin yoga and meditation, and 30 minutes of sacred sound. 2 hours total. $44.
